Delivery

When can I expect delivery?

Products in stock will be sent 2-3 business days after purchase. Products not in stock will be sent within 10-14 business days.

What are the delivery procedures?

Prices posted on the website do not include delivery. The total cost of delivery is calculated once the order has been made.

Deliveries to overseas locations are made by ECO POST.

Can I order personally customized items?

You can order most of the ceramics in the shop with different prints or colors you can consult with me about the design and costs. To order an item that is not in stock please send a message.

Payment

Do you need a Paypal account to pay?

No. Just enter your personal info and credit card number.

Is the website secure? How is the payment conducted?
  • Payment on the website is made through PayPal, with the buyer’s info concealed from the seller.
  • Payment may be made by phone with a credit card, subject to the credit company’s approval.
  • A bank transfer may be made through an application.

Returns

How can I return a damaged product?

Our products are carefully packaged, to make sure they arrive undamaged. Most products may be ordered with different prints and/or colors. Please consult me regarding the design and cost. To order an item that is not in stock please send a message.

How can I receive a refund?

If you decide to return an item (this is not possible for personally customized artifacts) you will receive a refund within 14 business days of its arrival at the studio. The refund will be made on the same terms as the original payment. Delivery costs will not be refunded, and a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted.
